How to work with us?
ENTIRE HOME STAGING
Staging an entire home is very effective marketing in that a property can be viewed in all its perfection around-the-clock. For buyers, it's like walking into a "stage set" that allows them to effortlessly project their lives into the space.
Staging an entire home does have one critical component: the owners must live elsewhere during the sales process—and all their belongings must be removed.
In addition to staging, we can recommend consultants such as landscapers, handymen, movers, and listing photographers.
Estimated cost varies based on the number of rooms staged, square footage and region of home.
Specific staging options can be discussed whether you want to fully stage your home or simply a few rooms.
PARTIAL HOME STAGING
Partial home staging is a great choice for those who must live in their home during the sales process.
Our staging team will combine elements of the owner's furniture with necessary additions such as an updated color scheme, art, or accent pieces. The overall action plan is based on what the identified buyer segment finds most compelling.
In addition to staging, we can recommend consultants such as landscapers, handymen, movers, and listing photographers.
Estimated cost varies based on the number of rooms staged, square footage and region of home, and the number of our furniture and accessories which might be used in your space.
PACKAGED STAGING SERVICE
Consultation and Detailed Staging Report for the “DIY” with an Eye for Design
In this intensive 2-3 hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible! By the end of this session, you will receive:
1. Detailed Staging Report on what to do in each room to get the best price
2. Detailed Shopping List for what to purchase for maximum, staging impact
3. A Recommended Vendors list of discounts and providers
Price: $350-$500
Power Staging and Mini-Makeover
This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and working together to start staging the main areas of the home right away. We will spend time (up to 4 hours) refining what you have started and using your newly purchased items to merchandise each space. We will create a gorgeous Photo Show and Video Show using our updated photos for you and your agent’s marketing efforts. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!
(Up to 4 hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $120 hourly rate. Home must be cleaned and ready before the stager arrives)
Price: $688 (first walk-through consultation fee not included)
Ultimate Power Staging and One-Day-Home-Makeover
Do you have a larger home with more than a few hours of work that needs to be done? No problem! For BEST results I work alongside you, guiding you every step of the way through the preparation of your home to sell and the marketing of your product. We will create a gorgeous Photo Show and Video Show using our updated photos for you and your agent’s marketing efforts. You won’t believe the difference a few hours makes just using what you already own!
(Up to 7 hours in the home, each additional hour reverts to $120 hourly rate. Home must be cleaned and ready before the stager arrives)
